Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

To start a return, send us a message through our contact page with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, with no restocking fee.

Custom orders

Custom sizes, colors and one-off designs are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
