Processing time

Every item is 3D printed to order in Prescott, Arizona. Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, and we will let you know if they do.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package size, and you choose the speed.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, send us a message through our contact page with your order number and we will make it right.
